gongmin(heechul) is the fake brother of narim(the young girl with an amnesia) in the drama bad family.. he was originally a rich boy but then he left home because he discovered that he was just an adopted child.. he worked as a shampoo boy in the salon and he ended up sleeping in the streets.. dalgun(the fake uncle) found him and hired him to be the fake brother and he lived in the house together with the fake family. The fake family was formed in order to help narim to regain her memory..in this scene, the noona brought gongmin to a restaurant/hotel because she availed some free coupons for free meal.. in reality, the coupons were not supposed to be honored in the place..then it turned out that the place is owned by gongmin's rich grandfather so he practically owns it too..the butler recognized gongmin and told him to go home because his grandfather is looking for him but then he refused..gongmin told the butler to accept the coupons and act like nothing happened..he wants to treat the girl to an expensive meal without telling her his real identity..with the help of his butler, he came up with a plan.. at the beginning of the clip, the noona was looking for gongmin because he left for a while..she was very surprised when she found him..he played the piano and sing and the butler said to the noona that because of it they can avail an additional food and expensive wine..the butler said that it's a free token to the people who will play the piano at the restaurant..at the elevator, the noona told gongmin that he is a really good pianist..she said that he must thank her for the coupons.. because of it, they were able to eat expensive food in an elegant restaurant.. then gongmin said in the end that whenever the noona wants to eat delicious food, they will go there and he'll play piano..
